Geum urbanum or wood avens offers astringent properties and can, therefore, be used against mild diarrhea and hemorrhoids, but also against symptoms related to heavy legs. Antiseptic and anesthetic, Benoite is also used to soothe sore mouth and throat and in case of vaginal discharge and dental pain.
