Tea is one of the drinks that people consume, but studies say it’s good for preventing cardiovascular disease.
A study makes it known that people who consume tea three times a day have longer lives because usually, people tend to drink tea in different types of pains, to calm the nerves or simply do it on a daily basis.
Through a study published in The European Journal of Preventive Cardiology. Tea consumption was monitored where the study is 100,902 adults, the result showed that 31.6 percent had tea at least three times a week.
“In a cup of green tea, there are about 80 milligrams of flavonoids, which implies that a regular consumer, according to the study, ingests 240 milligrams per week of these antioxidant compounds,” comments Francisco J. Plou, scientist at the Catalysis Institute and Petroleochemistry of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (CSIC).
When consuming tea, plants possess the large amounts of chemicals that are part of nature, so they make it possible to be transmitted to the infusion of various nutrients that for people will be beneficial for health, regardless of the type of tea to be taken as chamomile, black, linden, etc.
One of the conditions that cause the tea to prevent cardiovascular disease is flavonoids that decrease the risk of some type of cancer and delay aging. Regarding the antioxidant substance is 100% more effective than vitamins.
Through studies it has been confirmed that tea is one of the most age-friendly natural elements for the body of people who are adults, certainly tea does not replace medications, so if people should go to the doctor in case their wrong they are not removed with tea because they are in charge and trained to assign the appropriate medicines to what the person is suffering.
