Helicopters and small planes collide, killing 5 people

Five people were killed when a helicopter collided in the air on the island of Mallorca in Spain on Sunday. The local government of the Spanish island tweeted that the accident occurred at 1.35 pm local time. He said, one child was among the dead.

He said, two crew members were onboard the helicopter while three others were on board the aircraft. The debris of the aircraft has fallen on the houses of the nearby village. Officials said the cause of the incident is not known. The investigation is underway. Spanish caretaker Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez tweeted his condolences to the families of the deceased.

A plane crashed in Ecuador on Saturday

Earlier, the Cessna-182 plane crashed in Ecuador’s Amazon region on Saturday. Four people were killed in the incident. Civil aviation officials had said that the pilot and three passengers were present on the plane, all of whom were killed.
